At 7pm, you pick up the phone and call us for them to take you to the rport. From there they are gone. You don't have to worry about looking for them agn.
To make you feel like we are home we provide house keeping twice a week. Our house keeper is a woman who has been with us for 3 years. She is a mother of 2 daughters.
They are dogs in our family. I am going to start out by talking about our dogs. They are a mix of some pure blood German Shepherds and one American Bulldog. The American Bulldog is the bigger of the 2. He is about 30 inches tall and weighs about 30 pounds.
His name is Roo and his personality is very friendly. The German Shepherds are about 20 inches tall and weigh from 35 pounds to about 50 pounds. They are the ones that do everything by the book. They are our best doggie sitters. They enjoy the dog boarding even though we have more than 3 of them in our home. Our home is very spacious and they do have their own kennel and yard that is enclosed.
We have 5 dogs total. They are a constant worry of ours but I love them all and it is the best part of my day. We also have a bird that is about the size of a canary. He lives on our deck which is large and open, he also has a nice fence around his enclosure. They are a little different but are not as much a worry of ours as the dog boarders.
On the weekdays there are 2 of us on the property during the day. It is a long day for us. We get up at 6 am and work in the garden until about 9am, then we leave to do errands. We return back to the house around 5:45pm. I go to the office, he takes care of the dogs. Then we take a quick break around 7pm. Then he starts in on the kitchen while I start on laundry. After a bit he starts the laundry.
I get off the phone from work around 5pm, start dinner, and get home around 6:30pm, take a short break then he goes to his homework, I read, we clean up dinner, take a quick break then he goes to bed around 9pm. I read for a bit then fall asleep around 11pm. Then in the morning I do the laundry, the dogs, feed them and put them out for their walk around 6am.
I get off the phone from work around 6:30am, start the laundry, clean the house, get the dogs ready for the walk, take them on their walk and take a nap. They get fed, walk them and then I clean up the house, prepare lunch, take a short break, start homework, help him with his, then start in on the dishes. I clean up around 7pm then go to bed.
Sometimes I take an afternoon nap around 4pm.
It is a long day but worth it for the joy they bring to our lives. I will go to work Monday morning exhausted.
I am grateful I have some time to spend with them. I get so much satisfaction out of watching them grow into the people they will be. In a couple of years they will both be 18 years old and my heart aches for the loss of their innocence. I am thankful for them while they are still in my care. I can give them a good start and good guidance and be so happy that they will be happy, successful adults.
I got sick of being sick. I am not in the best physical shape and am not working out at all right now.
I had to have surgery to remove a cancerous tumor from my arm and they left a part of it under my skin. My arm swells up with fluid at least twice a month and hurts real bad. I spent two months in the hospital last year fighting the infection and it nearly cost me my life. Now I am trying to get back in shape. The doctor sd the most important thing is not to push too hard and to take it easy. I need to start a walking program soon.
I hate to admit this, but I have let my diet go too far. I do better with a balanced diet than I do with junk food. I am working on that.
I know I have let myself go this last year and I have let my hr go too. A woman of my age should be beautiful and healthy looking, not a bag of bones. I take care of myself with work out and diet, but I also like to eat. I don’t know what I am going to do. I have always been a big woman but now I can no longer find clothes in the size I wear.
I had a good Christmas vacation. I have not been on vacation since I was a little girl. It has been a while since I have been to California. I took the girls there, rented a house, drove through some of the sites, had a good time and came home. I was happy that they spent some time with their family while I had some time to myself.
I would like to know your take on things. Where have you been or where would you go if you had a million dollars to spend? What are you going to do with your life? I am looking for ideas. I think it would be fun to travel a little.
I am taking my daughters to the zoo tomorrow. It has been awhile since I took them there and I want to do something special. I would love to get out to some of the state parks on the east coast of Florida, but we are really busy with work right now.
Have you ever been to Universal Studios and the Islands of Adventure? That would be great. I’m looking forward to having some alone time with my daughters, and with our niece, too. They are having a good time there.
I think I would travel a lot. I want to go all over the United States and to Europe, as well. I would love to see England. I’ve never been there and I’ve always wanted to. So many people say there is not much to see, but I know that when I see the castles, I would understand why.
What would you do with your fortune?
I’m going to buy some new outfits for my kids, some gifts for my family and a new home for me. I am going to stay at home with the kids and take them places.
My friends and family would be my priority. I would buy them some stuff and take them out for nice dinners and dinners in nice restaurants.
What would you do if you were stranded on a desert island?
I would go to a nice resort. I would do some swimming and some fun activities, such as water sports. I would spend time with people
